The Opportunity

As a Principal Technical Program Manager you will be a key technical leader within our advanced analytics and AI group. You will help manage the design, build, and deployment of sophisticated machine learning systems-particularly LLMdriven solutions-that solve highvalue, realworld problems for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Program Leadership: Drive the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical programs from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and adherence to established timelines and budgets.
  • Roadmap and Planning: Define and execute detailed program plans, prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with product and engineering leadership to deliver against a clear technical roadmap, balancing innovation with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and coordinate the efforts of engineering, product management, machine learning scientists, and design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of successful outcomes.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies, communicating effectively and driving resolution of roadblocks to maintain program momentum.
  • Process & Efficiency: Champion continuous improvement of program management processes, methodologies, and tools, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and predictability.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Provide regular and transparent program status updates, risk assessments, and dependency reports to stakeholders at all levels, using clear, concise, and impactful communication.
  • Strategic Influence: Influence cross-functional decision-making through data-driven insights, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of complex AI system architectures.
  • Team Enablement: Build and maintain a framework to equip program teams with the necessary tools, processes, and information to ensure success and maximize efficiency.
  • AI Platform Focus: Specifically manage programs related to the core AI platform, ensuring efficient integration of models and delivery of proactive, intelligent features to our users.

What You'll Bring:

  • 12+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute program strategies and roadmaps, aligning with business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them to AI/ML projects.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working with machine learning/AI technologies is required; experience with LLMs is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • A Master's or Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Experience from within AI sector, ideally agentic AI
  • Strong experience with NLP techniques: LSTMs, CNNs, transformers, topic modelling, supervised NLP
  • Commercial experience with modern LLM ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, multiagent frameworks, GPTbased systems)
  • Python experience focused on machine learning and NLP. Knowledge of other software languages is highly beneficial
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Empathy, humility, and a growth mindset-open to feedback and committed to collaboration
  • Comfort working in an agile, fast-evolving environment
