Principal Project Manager - Card Partnerships Acquisitions Team

As a Principal Project Manager on the Card Partnerships Acquisitions Credit Team, you will join a talented group dedicated to our acquisitions strategy. This role directly supports key business objectives by bringing new intent to market, enhancing execution processes, and coordinating monitoring shareouts for senior leadership.

We are seeking dedicated, disciplined project management professionals who thrive in collaborative, dynamic environments. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong results orientation. Success in this role requires a meticulous approach, the ability to connect insights across teams and platforms, and effective partnership with cross-functional teams of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Tech Engineers.

General Responsibilities:
  • Engage deeply with partner teams, leveraging relationships to drive outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Own and lead implementation projects across the Acquisitions strategy.
  • Facilitate and coordinate monthly and quarterly monitoring shareouts to senior leadership.
  • Utilize technology and AI to automate and reduce manual processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation while driving continuous process improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply a "Well Managed" approach to tools and documented processes to ensure high-quality analysis and results.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree
  • 4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills

Sales Territory: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project ManagerMcLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Project ManagerRichmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
