What is a principal intern?

Principal Interns are aspiring school leaders who participate in a structured internship, typically as part of an educational leadership or principal preparation program. They work under the supervision of an experienced school principal to gain hands-on experience in school administration, leadership, and management. Principal Interns are involved in various aspects of running a school, such as observing classrooms, handling discipline, participating in staff meetings, and supporting school initiatives.
