Job Summary:
Onvo is seeking a talented and creative Lead Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing visually compelling designs that support Onvo's brand, drive customer engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of graphic design experience, a strong understanding of corporate branding and brand standards, and expertise in creating content for digital platforms, designing concepts for merchandised products, and bringing designs to life using animation. This individual will bring fresh creative ideas while ensuring all marketing materials align with Onvo's brand identity and business objectives.
Essential Functions:
  • Design and produce marketing materials that support Onvo's brand, promotions, and business initiatives.
  • Create engaging creative assets for digital signage, websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
  • Utilize animation and video elements to enhance existing retail space environments and support brand storytelling
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with established brand standards across all visual communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaigns and visual storytelling solutions.
  • Develop designs and concepts for branded merchandise, apparel, and promotional needs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
  • Stay current on design trends, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and print media.
  • Excellent visual, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

Credentials and Experience:
  • 5-10 years of professional graphic design experience, with 1-3 years working for a retail brand
  • Strong understanding of corporate branding, visual identity systems, and brand governance.
  • Track record of using animation elements to bring designs to life
  • Experience designing for digital and web platforms.
  • Experience designing print materials for retail applications
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects Required
