Position: Principal Marking Process Engineer

Location:            Webster, NewYork

100% onsite

Job Summary: 

•            Lead the engineering integration of inkjet marking systems into fully functioning products

•            Plan and execute structured experiments to characterize system behaviors impacting printhead life, component reliability, and image quality

•            Analyze system performance and reliability data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

•            Drive technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, reliability, and overall system performance

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, controls, materials science, systems engineering, manufacturing, and supplier partners

•            Work closely with global suppliers to provide technical guidance and support throughout development, launch, and post-launch activities

•            Develop and maintain technical documentation including specifications, test plans, design guides, and engineering reports

•            Support validation activities, manufacturing builds, and field investigations as needed
