Job Summary

We are currently hiring a dedicated and reliable PG Litter Laborer to support litter and debris removal operations throughout Prince George's County. This role is essential to maintaining clean and safe roadways, working closely with your crew and supervisor to ensure daily routes are completed thoroughly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the daily removal of litter and bulk debris from assigned roadways and areas.

  • Document completed street segments using tracking tools or paper forms.

  • Take clear photographs of bulk trash items and record their locations accurately.

  • Stage filled trash bags in designated collection areas for pickup.

  • Support the driver and crew in organizing tools and maintaining cleanliness throughout the workday.

  • Assist with cleaning out the work truck at the end of each shift.

  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job.

  • Maintain respectful communication and teamwork with fellow crew members and supervisors.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in outdoor labor, janitorial work, or grounds maintenance preferred.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.

  • Willingness to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
