Job description

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in fun, structured enrichment programs throughout Prince George#39;s County.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in education, coaching, youth development, kinesiology, exercise science, recreation, dance, or physical education. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive, active learning environment, we#39;d love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring coaches to teach Cheer and Dance programs.

Position Details

  • Part-time, after-school position

  • Monday through Friday

  • Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

  • 1.5-hour sessions

  • $45 per session ($30 per hour)

  • No weekends

  • No lesson planning required

  • Curriculum and equipment provided

  • Experience participating in or teaching Cheer, Dance, gymnastics, or a related activity is preferred but not required

  • Comfortable working with children in grades K through 5

  • Reliable transportation to schools throughout Prince George#39;s County

  • Dependable and punctual

  • Must successfully complete the required Prince George#39;s County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
