Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Anaheim, CA 92802 (near Disneyland)
Setting: Outpatient – Retirement Community
Start Date: January
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (with potential to extend)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay: $2100

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient role within a retirement community located just about a mile from Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. This position offers a supportive environment working with independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. The PT will provide high-quality therapeutic services focused on improving mobility, function, and quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents

  • Provide outpatient therapeutic interventions and ongoing assessments
