Job Overview:

The Project Coordinator 2 supports project managers and teams in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Track project progress, identify potential issues, and facilitate resolution with project teams.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports related to project activities.
* Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Support the onboarding of new project team members and assist with training coordination.
* Utilize project management software and tools to maintain accurate project data.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.
* Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned to ensure project success.
Job Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or utility industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Asana) is a plus.
