  • Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)—in individual, couple, family, and group settings.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless care for clients in acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation such as progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Empower clients and their families through psychoeducational resources that help them better manage mental health conditions.
  • Work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate holistic care strategies.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy through outcome assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health, incorporating these insights into your clinical work to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
