Why We Need Your Talents

A Live! Bartender is responsible for greeting guests and providing prompt, accurate and courteous beverage service while displaying energetic, fun and outgoing personality. Prepare and provide beverage service to both guests and servers who deliver beverages to guests.


Where You'll Make an Impact

  • Prepare beverages for guests and cocktail servers to provide guest service.
  • Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments.
  • Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
  • Inputs and controls ordering through register during each transaction maintaining accountability as well as receipts to guests for all beverages served.
  • Responsible for all bank and cash handling procedures and variance policies.
  • Always maintains cleanliness of guest and work areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
  • Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Understands all PLCB regulations.
  • Abides by company and department specific appearance standards.

Skills You'll Need to Succeed

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Must be RAMP certified.
  • Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
  • Must have full working knowledge of POS.
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

  • Work experience in a beverage/bar environment.

  • Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators
