Job description

The International Fleet Support Program Office (PMS 326) within the NAVSEA Surface Warfare Directorate (SEA 21) supports U.S. security assistance by providing naval ships and systems to international partners. PMS 326 manages the transfer, maintenance, and modernization of these assets through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs to ensure allied fleets remain operational and integrated with U.S. forces.

Job Description:

PMS 326 requires a mid-level Acquisition Logistics Manager to support its Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases with Taiwan which focus on the sustainment and modernization of Taiwan Navy frigate, destroyer, and amphibious platforms. PMS 326 provides crucial logistics, technical support, and platform integration to maintain Taiwan's naval readiness.

The incumbent will:

  • Utilize multiple systems and resources to identify order and track material.
  • Conduct market research for material procurements to identify sources of supply.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders including NAVSUP, prime vendors and Government TPOCs to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery of material

Required Skills and/or Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience providing logistics management support to U.S. Navy program offices
  • 15 years' experience in ship maintenance/sustainment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Support occasional domestic and/or international travel

Degree Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited in the United States

Must be a US Citizen

DoD SECRET Security Clearance is required.
