Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Duration: 1 Base Year with 4 Option Years

Start Date: June 2026

Shift Schedule: 

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Minimum 40 hours per week (or more as required)

How many shifts needed per month: (Typically aligned with full-time schedule ~20–22 shifts/month, subject to site scheduling)

License:

  • Active, full, and unrestricted license in any U.S. State or Territory
  • DEA license and State CDS (if applicable)

Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
  • NP Certification (ANCC or AANP)

Experience needed: Minimum 2 years of full-time clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner within the last 2 years

  • Refer patients to specialists within IHS/CHS guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
  • Complete consults, charting, and administrative work on the same day
  • Participate in meetings and comply with CMS and AAAHC standards
  • Follow prescribing guidelines and facility protocols
  • Provide care across departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with quality and credentialing standards
