The Physician serves as a health-care professional and capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
You will work on-site at our Harlingen clinic. You will report to the Associate Medical Director for the Rio Grande Valley.

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time at Conviva/CenterWell Primary Care. Main Responsibilities
  • You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
  • You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
  • You will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
  • You will participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
  • You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • You will contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
  • If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
