Job Description

  • Leads development of pricing strategies and financial models for complex new business opportunities, renewals, and strategic customer initiatives.
  • Conducts advanced cost, margin, and profitability analyses to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Partners with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership to develop pricing solutions aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
  • Provides pricing guidance and recommendations for Requests for Proposal (RFPs), contract negotiations, and strategic customer discussions.
  • Evaluates market trends, competitive intelligence, industry benchmarks, and customer dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
  • Develops and maintains sophisticated pricing models, tools, and methodologies that improve pricing consistency, accuracy, and profitability.
  • Leads analysis of planned versus actual performance and identifies pricing, cost, and profitability improvement opportunities across assigned business segments.
  • Influences pricing governance, policies, and best practices while ensuring alignment across business units.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for pricing, costing, and profitability analysis and provides guidance to less experienced analysts and business partners.
  • Identifies and resolves complex costing, pricing, and profitability issues with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on pricing processes, reporting, automation, and analytics.
  • Develops and presents executive-level reports, recommendations, and insights to business and functional leadership.
  • Supports strategic business planning through scenario modeling, forecasting, and financial impact assessments.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, commercial analytics, cost accounting, estimating, or related business functions required.
  • Experience supporting customer pricing, contracts, and profitability initiatives preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of pricing strategy, financial analysis, costing methodologies, and profitability management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions and recommendations through data-driven insights.
