The Opportunity
As a Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Senior Associate - Pharma/Market Access, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
