Job description


PRICING COORDINATOR

Duties:

-Check in Vendor deliveries to verify product is consistent with packing slips, that product is in saleable condition and ensure the Company receives proper credits for short deliveries or breakage.

-Ensure shelf prices match current pricing in system

-Hang and replace shelf tags, display signs and weekly ad signs

-Input receiving and pricing records into the system

-Update and maintain all aspects of store pricing in a timely manner

-Maintain order and cleanliness of the receiving area

-Provide helpful service to any customer who approaches with a question while on the sales floor.

-Other duties as assigned.

Abilities: 

Ability to keep good relations with vendor delivery personnel while effectively verifying deliveries. Able to read, write and accurately perform basic math problems (counting, addition, subtraction). Able to perceive pricing tags, invoices and products being delivered.

Physical Demands of Position: 

Ability to  lift up to 25  pounds. Must be sufficiently mobile to place shelf tags which includes reaching, reaching above the shoulder, bending/stooping and squatting/crouching.

Ability to keep good relations with personnel, vendors and customers to achieve positive results for the Company. Good problem solving skills. Able to read, write and accurately perform basic math problems (counting, addition, subtraction).

Physical Demands of Position: Able to lift 50 pounds. Work includes standing, reaching, reaching above the shoulder, twisting, bending/stooping, squatting, kneeling
