Job description

Plant Maintenance Technician / Service Technician

34/hr + 16% bonus (result share average bonus)

DuPont schedule: Rotating 36/48 shift (must be able to work nights and days)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical machinery, electrical systems, and general facility equipment. This role operates as an individual contributor focused on performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality without the need for travel between sites.
