Pretty Woman is a fictional character from a film, portraying a romanticized story with no real-world job credentials. While Pretty Woman is a cinematic role, escorts operate within the adult entertainment industry, making the two distinct in credentials, environment, and purpose.

Job description

Hi! I'm Charlie and I work at AAA Central Penn. I am a People & Culture Generalist. Part of my job is to find great people to add to the organization and assist with their development here. That's how I help.
I've always looked at AAA as helpers. So, how does AAA help? There's a really long answer to that.
There's the emergency roadside piece. Of course, we help that way. It's awesome. But we're more than that. I always tell people that you don't realize what AAA does until you work here. There are so many ways. Sooo. Many. Ways.
This is kind of what we are looking for in one of our other helpers, our Member Specialist. Let's start here.

  • Be awesome.
  • Like people.
  • Can laugh at jokes that you don't necessarily think are funny, but at least it wasn't offensive - just wasn't your sense of humor so you can smile a little bit to make that person feel like they made your day by cracking that joke and understand what I am saying in this incredibly long run-on sentence that Mr. Howell, my 8th grade English teacher, would be scowling at me and getting ready to say "Charles" in that weird growl where you couldn't tell if he was really furious or think it was amusing like on the inside.
  • Take joy in knowing that you made the man mentioned in the above run-on sentence happy by laughing. Sorry, Mr. Howell.
  • Take joy in knowing that it could have been a woman in the mention two bullet points ago instead of a man or any human telling a cheesy joke or throwing around some old school sarcasm from the 60's that lands about 50% of the time but they still throw it out there every chance they get that you made happy by laughing. Cheesy jokes are not gender specific.
  • Kind.
  • Ask questions.
I was really trying to do one of those things where the first letter in each line of the bullet points made a word, but it got away from me. BLCTKA is gibberish. Again, I apologize, Mr. Howell.
Basically, if you match the description of at least some of things rambled through above, or intrigued by the far more understandable description below, you might be our next Member Specialist. It's a pretty cool job. Do you want to help?
If you're looking for a stable, rewarding career opportunity with room to grow, this is your chance to deliver exceptional service while making an impact-starting at $17.65 per hour.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Member Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of AAA Central Penn-helping members with everything from travel tips to notary services and even snapping passport photos! Whether you're in one of our cozy branches or our exciting new Giant store locations, you'll be making someone's day, every day.
Your Superpowers Include:
  • Helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and all things AAA.
  • Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
  • Guiding members to our amazing travel and insurance experts.
  • Becoming a Notary Public (we'll help you get there!).
  • Taking passport and international driver's permit photos.
  • Sharing the perks of AAA's full suite of services.
  • Planning cool road trips or booking hotels and renting cars for excited travelers.
  • Keeping our space welcoming and organized.
  • Engaging in natural conversation and engaging customers.
What You Bring to the Table
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A passion for helping people (customer service experience is a plus!).
  • Willingness to become a Notary Public (we'll support you!).
  • Clear communication skills-whether in person, on the phone, or online.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things.
  • Tech-savviness to navigate our systems with ease.
Perks & Benefits You'll Love
  • PTO from Day One - no waiting to enjoy your time off!
  • 1 Personal Day just for you.
  • 8 Paid Holidays, including Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve.
  • Medical, Dental & Vision coverage.
  • HSA with Employer Contributions + FSA options.
  • 401(k) with 6% Match - fully vested from your first contribution.
  • Free Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance.
  • Volunteer Time Off - earn up to 3 extra PTO days!
  • Tuition Reimbursement to keep growing.
  • Free AAA Premier Membership.
  • Exclusive Discounts on travel, services, and more!
The hours will included a mix of the days and times listed below:
  • Monday: 10:00 am - 7:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 10:00 am - 7:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm
  • Thursday: 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm
  • Friday: 10:00 am - 7:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM

How does that sound? Coolio? Sweet? Pretty Darn Good? Let's talk about it. Go ahead and apply. Show us what you got. After your resume is reviewed and selected, we'll send an email, which will be accompanied by a text if you are fine with that, about setting up a Microsoft Teams virtual introductory interview. Oh, and below you'll see some other cool stuff about us. Check out AAA Cares. You can earn additional time off through that.
