Pressure washing is a cleaning method that uses high-pressure water spray to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants from surfaces such as buildings, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and vehicles. The process can help restore the appearance of surfaces and extend their lifespan by preventing damage caused by buildup. Pressure washing is often used for both residential and commercial properties and can be performed with either cold or hot water machines, depending on the cleaning needs.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a pressure washer, and why are they important?

Familiarity with commercial pressure washing machines, cleaning solutions, and sometimes OSHA safety certifications is typical. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong customer service skills help professionals stand out in this role. These competencies ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality cleaning services that meet customer expectations and maintain property integrity.
