Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PART-TIME Office Cleaner to join our Facility management team. With 2026 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need a skilled janitorial professional to share a weekly work schedule in maintaining the cleanliness of our corporate offices.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining clear communication with the leadership team, staff, and Facility management. This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned organization with a promising future!

The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by performing various and regular cleaning duties. A cleaner may be responsible for any or all of the tasks:

  • Restrooms Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings. Pours water down floor drains, once a month to keep gases from backing up in restrooms.
  • Floors Sweeps, mops, vacuums, floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners.
  • Break rooms and Kitchenettes Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc.
  • Dust Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
  • Trash Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
  • Other Duties cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture, using vacuum cleaner. Washes walls and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.
  • Advise when cleaning products are needed to ensure adequate supply at all times.
  • Experience and Education:
  • 35 years of general office cleaning experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to complete daily tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to shift tasks when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient computer skills and support ticket system preferred.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of walking, bending, stretching and movement related to cleaning office space.
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizationโ€™s facilities.
  • Additional Information

    The U.S. base salary range for this PART-TIME position is $18/hr to $22.50/hr., and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
