Job description

Description: We are a growing fast casual restaurant group with a footprint across multiple locations. Our brand is known for its innovative approach to dining, commitment to quality, and a culture that champions growth, learning, and operational excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Pressure Washer & Preventive Maintenance Tech who shares our passion for the maintenance industry and is eager to grow with us.



Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain restaurant exteriors through pressure washing and surface cleaning
  • Pressure wash building exteriors, roofs, awnings, sidewalks, patios, dining areas, patio furniture, hardscapes, asphalt surfaces, dumpster enclosures, and other exterior areas
  • Remove oil spills, food spills, grease buildup, stains, debris, and other contaminants using approved products and cleaning techniques
  • Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Operate backpack blowers and other landscape maintenance equipment to remove leaves, debris, and litter from sidewalks, patios, parking lots, drive-thrus, landscaped areas, and other exterior property grounds
  • Perform snow removal, ice mitigation, storm cleanup, and debris removal to maintain safe and accessible restaurant properties during and after adverse weather conditions
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and facility systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including filter replacement
  • Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and mechanical equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain grease traps and related systems
  • Identify maintenance issues and report repair needs to management
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track, document, and manage preventative maintenance activities and completed work
  • Utilize email, CMMS software, and other company communication platforms to communicate maintenance updates, report issues, coordinate repairs, and collaborate with team members, vendors, and restaurant management
  • Travel between multiple restaurant locations to perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning services
  • Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with company policies
  • Follow all company safety procedures while working with equipment, chemicals, ladders, rooftops, and elevated work areas
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in clean and serviceable condition
  • All other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three (3) years of pressure washing experience
  • Commercial building or facility maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass an abstract driving record check
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience using email, mobile devices, and software applications
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English
  • Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment and basic maintenance tools


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience performing preventative maintenance in restaurant, retail, or commercial facilities
  • Experience working with HVAC systems
  • Experience with plumbing and mechanical equipment maintenance
  • Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and mobile work order applications
  • OSHA safety training or related certifications

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, snow, and ice
  • Frequent exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, grease, and maintenance equipment
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Must be comfortable working on ladders and elevated surfaces
  • Must be able to safely access and work on rooftops when required
  • Requires operation of pressure washing equipment, power tools, backpack blowers, and maintenance equipment
  • Must be available to respond to snow events, severe weather conditions, and emergency property cleanup situations as needed
  • Travel between multiple restaurant locations is required
  • Noise levels may be moderate to high depending on equipment in use
