We are hiring a Service Field Technician to support our growing national operations team. This is a hands-on travel position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, troubleshooting problems, and being part of a dependable field service crew.
This role includes traveling for commercial cleaning, maintenance, and specialty service projects. Candidates must be comfortable traveling for extended periods, and working in physically demanding environments.
Pay: $20-$23/Hr
We Will Train!
Responsibilities
• Perform commercial pressure washing and exterior cleaning services
• Complete commercial kitchen hood cleaning and maintenance services
• Assist with parking lot line striping and specialty field projects
• Operate pressure washers, striping machines, vacuums, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues in the field
• Load, transport, set up, and break down equipment at job sites
• Complete service reports and job documentation using mobile devices
• Follow company safety procedures and DOT guidelines at all times
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and environments
• Travel nationwide for projects lasting multiple weeks at a time
Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must have a REAL ID and be comfortable traveling for work assignments
• Willingness to travel for extended periods and stay overnight as needed
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Prior field service, pressure washing, construction, maintenance, or labor experience is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and around commercial equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
• Must pass background check and motor vehicle record check
