Pressure Washing Technician

$18 – $24/hr + Tips | Paid Training | Flexible Scheduling

Shine of Cincinnati is one of the fastest-growing home and commercial services companies in the area. We take pride in making properties look their best — and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Pressure Washing Technicians. No experience required. We provide all training, equipment, and supplies. If you're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial pressure washing and soft washing equipment

• Clean driveways, patios, decks, siding, roofs, gutters, and commercial properties

• Follow job checklists to deliver consistent, high-quality results

• Interact professionally with customers on-site

• Load, transport, and maintain equipment and vehicles

• Represent the Shine brand with a positive attitude and clean appearance

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders

• Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic

• Team player who takes pride in their work

• Previous landscaping, construction, or cleaning experience is a plus — but not required

$18 – $24/hr based on experience + tips

Full-time and part-time schedules available
