Richmond, IN
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

As a Printing Press Feeder in Richmond, you'll put in real effort and see real results. You'll help build products people use every day and get paid fair for doing it right.

The Must-Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in graphic design or print production is a plus
  • Experience as a print press feeder
  • Strong understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, large format)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.

Keep Production Rolling

  • Loads all paper stock in the feeder platform.
  • Sets the feeder for the job during make-ready.
  • Has make-ready waste available for the make-ready.
  • Assists during make-ready and runs as directed by the Pressman.
  • Monitors the side guide while running to ensure the side guide is pulling and in register from one sheet to another.
  • Assists with the wash-up of the press per the Pressman's direction.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on the press, such as lubrication, replacement of small parts, cleaning, replacing and setting roller adjustments and other items as required.
  • Assists with wash-up to achieve make-ready goals as set by the manufacturing budget.
  • Keep sheets in register and on color as assigned by the Pressman.
  • Assists in clean up and in keeping the immediate work areas around the press neat and organized.
  • Must work safely following all safety rules and regulations.
  • Performs other tasks as requested by management.
