UV Press Operator - Komori GL640 - Lake Forest, CA
We are seeking an experienced Komori GL640 UV Press Operator to join our production team. Operators with experience on a Komori 640LS (Lithrone) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain a Komori GL640 UV press
  • Perform color management, registration, and quality checks
  • Monitor ink, water balance, and press performance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and print-quality issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections
  • Collaborate with prepress, bindery, and production teams
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating a Komori GL640 UV press or Komori 640LS
  • Strong understanding of UV inks and curing systems
  • Ability to read job tickets and color standards
  • Experience with make-ready efficiency and waste reduction
