Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our production team. This individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining high-quality printing presses while ensuring production meets customer specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced in flexible packaging printing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate printing presses for a variety of production runs.

  • Verify colors, film, inks, and job specifications before production begins.
  • Monitor press performance throughout production and make adjustments as needed.
