Job description

We are currently hiring for Print Industry Machine Operators to join a well established printing company located in South Phoenix! If you are looking for a job that offers stability, a positive work environment, and prides itself on inclusivity and culture, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

A leading print company is looking for multiple machine operators to join their team. If you have experience operating any type of Cutting Machines, folding or bindery equipment or press machines - you are encouraged to apply!

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity, and a chance to get your foot in the door with a company that wants to help grow your skills and will cross-train!


Machine Operator Job Duties:
  • Operating Jogger machines
  • Operating Polar or Saber cutting machines OR
  • Operating MBO/Stahl Folding Machine OR
  • Operating Komori sheet-fed press
  • Moving pallets of paper with a manual pallet jack
  • Meeting daily quota

You will be successful in these roles if you are detail oriented, open to cross training, and work well on a team and independently.

Pay: $18-19/hr (Depending on Experience)
  • Weekly pay every Friday!
  • $1 increase upon conversion

Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Work overtime when needed
  • Day Shift: 5am-1:30pm
  • Swing Shift 1pm-9:30pm

Machine Operator Requirements:
  • 6-12 months experience with Cutter, Folder, Bindery or Press Machines
  • At least 1 year of general machine operating experience
  • Loading and unloading paper materials
  • MUST be comfortable reading measurements and doing basic math conversion (fractions to decimals)
  • Lifting up to 50lbs. repetitively
  • Standing at machine for extended periods of time
