Job description

This position fulfills the screen printed numbering production needs by manually operating the number screen printing press and printing an assortment of numbers in different fonts, sizes, colors and locations. The Lead Number Press Operator reports to the ProPrint Production Supervisor. The Number Press Operator is responsible for the screen printing of athletic numbers on athletic goods. They are responsible for all the steps involved in the printing process from setup to clean up.
Abilities Required
  • Read & understand English
  • Be familiar with industry language and terminology.
  • Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with co-workers.
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Be comfortable on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Read and understand IHWO.
  • Print order as indicated on IHWO.
  • Reset (teardown) press.
  • Perform daily shift maintenance.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Consistently showing up for work on time and putting in extra time when required
  • Maintaining 99% accuracy on orders
  • Hitting and maintaining mutually agreed upon daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics
