Job description

WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider, comprised of three distinct business units that cater to SMB and B2G clients. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to help generate relevant digital and print content and employer branding initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, personable, and capable of learning the intricacies of a diverse set of products, industries, and internal systems. If you are someone who enjoys variety and flexibility to execute on creative ideas, we would love to have you join our passionate team. This is a temporary, full-time internship for the summer of 2026.
The responsibilities of the position may include:
  • Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in each division.
  • Maintain accurate notes, calendars, tasks for internal Marketing initiatives.
  • In conjunction with our Marketing Coordinator, generate new sales leads across all divisions through various marketing efforts, including:
    • Email campaigns
    • Coordinated Events & Webinars
    • Social Media Management
    • Digital Content Creation
    • Coordinated drop-off campaigns
  • Take part in writing regular marketing content, to include:
    • Brochures, whitepapers, and blogs
    • Scriptwriting and project guidance for corporate videos and webinars
  • Develop and execute employer-branding campaigns, including:
    • Seeking publicity opportunities and acting as liaison with external media and advertising
    • Circulating press releases and submitting award nominations for media and community attention

Minimum requirements:
