Position Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join our Day and Night Shift teams at our Thermal location. If you have at least 2 years of press brake experience and are looking to grow with a stable, industry-leading manufacturer, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bend steel parts ranging from 24-gauge up to 10-gauge
  • Change press brake tooling and dies as needed
  • Calibrate and program machines to meet precise bend specifications
  • Set up and operate press brake equipment (primarily automated with manual adjustments)
  • Restock materials and report damaged or incorrect materials to management
  • Measure finished products accurately to ensure quality and uniformity
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of press brake operation experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to read and interpret bend drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
