Bush Presidential Center, you will serve as a key partner to the department Vice President, providing high-level administrative support while helping coordinate and streamline operations across the broader team. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage the Vice President's calendar, priorities, and daily schedule, ensuring readiness for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, attendee communication, agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Arrange and manage domestic travel logistics.
  • Process contracts, expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation.
  • Support communication and coordination with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and department initiatives.

Team Support
  • Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and elevate potential risks or areas of concern.
  • Coordinate team communications and action items to ensure timely follow-through.
  • Support, coordinate, or lead administrative and operational projects as needed.
  • Provide primary support for team meetings, including scheduling, documentation, action item tracking, and follow-up.
  • Prepare, proofread, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, and other materials.
  • Collaborate closely with administrative partners across the organization to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
