Vice President of Sales

Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000 (dependent on experience)

Total Compensation $200.00-$220,000

Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in office technology and document solutions, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to provide executive multi-site leadership across Michigan market. The VP of Sales will drive consistent sales execution, revenue growth, and cross-functional alignment across multiple branch locations.

  • Digital copiers/printers and managed print services (MPS)
  • Thermal barcode printers

Position Summary

The VP of Sales provides strategic leadership to Sales Managers, Selling Sales Managers, Major Account Managers, Solutions teams, and MPS Specialists across assigned Texas branches. This role sets the market strategy, ensures alignment between Sales, Service, and support functions, and fosters a culture of disciplined sales execution and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee sales performance across multiple Texas branch locations.
  • Set and execute the strategic direction for the Texas marketplace.
  • Drive consistency in sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement programs to grow market share and improve regional sales results
  • Convert marketing leads and drive proactive prospecting to generate net-new business.
  • Collaborate with Service and Administrative leaders to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure teams have necessary tools, training, and resources.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, lead presentations, negotiations, and strategic account initiatives.
  • Create territory and prospecting strategies for each market.
  • Analyze sales reports and forecasts; diagnose issues and drive executive-level solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B outside sales experience; proven success managing sales managers and sales teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement.
  • Strong cross-functional/matrix management and business operations understanding.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, allocate resources, and adapt strategy to meet objectives.
  • Excellent client-facing skills; experience selling to executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce or comparable CRM.
  • Able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and travel as required
  • Valid driver’s license required.
