Job Description

NAS Recruitment is seeking aย Vice President, Business Developmentย to drive net new client acquisition and accelerate revenue growth. This is a pure hunter role focused on buildingย pipeline, developing new relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals.ย 

While this role carries a VP title to support executive-level access and credibility, it is an individual contributor (IC) position with no direct reports.ย 

The ideal candidate brings experience selling into Talent Acquisition, HR, and Recruitment Marketing leaders, with a proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles and deliverย net newย revenue.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

New Business Developmentย 

  • Ownย net newย client acquisition across target enterprise and mid-market accountsย 
  • Proactively build and manage a robust outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, events, and strategic outreachย 
  • Identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities aligned to NAS solutionsย 

Sales Executionย 

  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting โ†’ qualification โ†’ solutioning โ†’ closeย 
  • Navigate long, complex sales cycles (3โ€“9+ months) involving multiple stakeholdersย 
  • Leadย discovery, present tailored solutions, and position NAS offerings to align with client business outcomesย 
  • Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategiesย 
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business casesย 

Market & Internal Collaborationย 

  • Provide insightย onย market trends, competitive landscape, and client needsย 
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure strong solution alignmentย 
  • Represent NAS through industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activitiesย 
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experienceย requiredย 
  • 7-10+ years of experience in consultative, solution-based salesย 
  • Provenย track recordย ofย meetingย or exceeding new business quotasย 
  • Demonstrated success in long, complex sales cycles (3โ€“9+ months)ย 
  • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or related buyersย 

Core Capabilitiesย 

  • Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skillsย 
  • Ability to multi-thread deals across multiple stakeholders and functionsย 
  • Skilled in value-based and solution-oriented sellingย
