Certified Dental Assistant (Expanded Duties Preferred)

Private Dental Office – West Boca Raton, FL

We are a warm, patient-focused private dental office in West Boca Raton seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is professional, team-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable assisting chairside, helping patients feel at ease, and supporting the doctor with efficient clinical flow. Experience with treatment plan presentation is a strong plus. Bilingual!!
Saturdays until 2:30pm required.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the doctor during dental procedures.
  • Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms.
  • Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance.
  • Educate patients on treatment and post-op instructions.
  • Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day.
  • Assist with charting and clinical notes.
  • Support treatment plan presentation and case acceptance when needed.
  • Create a welcoming and positive patient experience.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Dental Assistant in Florida.
  • X-ray certification required.
  • 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred.
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced private practice.
  • Experience with Dentrix preferred.
  • Invisalign experience is a plus.
