About the Role

In this role, you will drive the continuous improvement of store merchandise presentation standards across stores in an assigned Region. This role is critical to driving store-level execution, ensuring that merchandising, visual presentation, signing, fixture placement, and seasonal transitions are consistently implemented to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and reinforce brand standards. You will drive consistent execution of visual standards and elevate the merchandising skill set of Multi-Store and Store Leaders through continuous training, education, feedback and coaching.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct weekly store visits in partnership with Multi-Store Leaders aimed at educating and coaching store leaders to drive sales through merchandising & visual education

  • Create meaningful learning opportunities for Multi-Store and Store leaders that drive quality decisions linking merchandising to sales performance

  • Drive adoption of digital merchandising and space planning tools at the store level

  • Attend corporate seasonal category strategy meetings, delivering formal internal and competitive hindsight to corporate teams

  • Lead training programs for Multi-Store Leaders, Store and Assistant Managers strengthening Merchandising and Visual Presentation skills throughout assigned Region, District and stores

  • Provide constant feedback and coaching to Multi-Store Leaders, Store and Assistant Managers to drive continuous education and improvement in Merchandising skills

  • Drive consistency in merchandising identity across assigned Region

  • Enable Multi-Store Leaders to drive merchandise standards across their teams through accountability and coaching

  • Attend weekly Territory or Region calls to provide insight on Merchandising and Visual Presentation priorities and updates

  • Build and maintain a strong partnership with the Territory, Regional and District mulit-store leaders, regularly aligning priorities and vision

  • Serve as the liaison to store merchandising needs through corporate partners

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Visual and Merchandise Presentation experience in a retail environment

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex strategies

  • Success driving sales through merchandising and visual decisions

  • Ability to analyze sales data linking to merchandising opportunities

  • Strong team-building and partnership skills

  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

  • Travel up to 60% of the time

Preferred

  • 2+ years of Visual or Merchandise Presentation experience at a District or Regional level

  • Retail Merchandise experience

  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Adobe, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
