  • Architect the Ecosystem: Design and own the technical roadmap for the revenue tech stack, ensuring systems are synced, scalable, and optimized to streamline the revenue engine.
  • Project Delivery: Develop high-quality, organized project plans. Identify risks and present proactive response plans to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Rapidly navigate new technology areas, identify critical issues, and drive digital transformation initiatives through to closure.

3. Data Integrity & Analytics

  • Data Hygiene: Implement data hygiene standards, automated cleansing, and governance across GTM tools.
  • Reporting & Attribution: Build high-level dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools to track critical KPIs like CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Attribution Implementation: Configure multi-touch attribution models to accurately reflect marketing and sales impact on revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Operations with a track record of "builder" roles.
  • Knowledge of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Deep RevOps experience; strong understanding of SMB B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, processes, pipelines, and technology.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Revenue.io and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Mode Analytics.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical builds.
