Title: Solutions Architect, Penetration Testing

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our security sales team as Solution Architect. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales success of our Prescient Security service offerings by managing the sales cycle of our security go-to-market initiatives. As a key member within the sales organization, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, outbound (sales development), practice managers, and peer security sales efforts, ultimately driving revenue growth and market leadership.

As a Solutions Architect, responsibilities will include:

  • Guarantee continuous, rigorous, and strong sales life cycle management for all go to market motions regarding our security services portfolio.
  • Build trust with clients by portraying a professional and proactive sales experience across all touch points with prospects.
  • Proactively position our firm with prospective customers to identify their challenges, goals, and potential areas for cross-sell and upsell.
  • Manage HubSpot and SalesForce as the core stack for pipeline, lead maturation, call logs, meetings, follow up tasks, pricing, negotiation, and closing of sales opportunities.
  • Work with the Contract Support (Customer Success Management) team for the contract phase and for updating SFDC with final statement of work parameters.
  • Work with Marketing to grow outreach, organic inbound, and deliver planned events that will expand the prospect base.
  • Work with Prescient's Security Practice Manager and other security executives on the technical aspects of proposals and RFPs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Background in selling cyber security software & services, primarily focused on selling penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and cloud security services.
  • 8+ years of relevant cyber security & information security selling experience
  • Track record selling to enterprise class accounts, including RFP & contract negotiations
  • Life cycle experience selling from prospect to close.
  • Proven capacity to hunt for net new sales and logos.
  • Preferred experience selling into Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated team working experience, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings or conferences, if required.
