The Preschool Director will play a crucial role in strategic planning and budgeting while managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the preschool, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and daily operations.
  • Educate staff on best practices in early childhood education and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of education and care provided at the preschool.
