We are searching for a creative and data-driven Prepaid Marketing Specialist who can help us engage with customers in impactful ways. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing campaigns, understands prepaid telecommunications products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about customer focused strategies, analyzing trends, and creating marketing campaigns that drive results, you'll fit right in!

As a Prepaid Marketing Specialist, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain prepaid customers. You will work closely with cross-functioning teams to create campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities to enhance our prepaid offerings. Other job functions include:

  • Reseller Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned resellers, responding to inquiries and addressing challenges in a timely manner.
  • Promotional Support: Work with the Marketing Manager to develop creative briefs, marketing deliverables, promotional campaigns, training and coordinate with the field team and resellers to execute.
  • Merchandising Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure stores have proper POS signage, in-store displays, and promotional materials.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze sales and marketing data, providing insights to the Marketing Manager to refine strategies.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and escalate reseller issues related to orders, activations, or promotional activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Ability topromote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
  • Product/Service knowledge: Remains up to date on the latest services and products we provide and has a clear understanding of how each work. Working knowledge of telecom network offerings such as Ethernet, TDM, DSL and Wireless access providers also required.
  • Customer centric: Puts the customer first and creates a positive experience for the customer by building relationships and maximizing service/product offerings. Stays current with knowledge of products clients require and can foresee their future technology needs
  • Accountability: Punctual and dependable to meet the needs of our customers. Has the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Has the ability to assess an issue, provide creative solutions, and analyze if the solution was viable.
  • Organizational support: Ability to follow company policies and procedures in accordance with contract/agreement(s) and Company Goals, completes administrative tasks thoroughly, accurately, promptly, and efficiently as possible with respect to human resources, financial management and profitability.
  • Technical skills: Constantly strives to increase technical knowledge to improve training tools through latest product knowledge, industry knowledge, and research.
  • Growth and Learning: Is curious and understands that learning is a lifelong endeavor. You own your learning and development, and you are committed to evolving.

Here's what you need to have:

  • Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred
  • (2) two to (4) four years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management (telecommunications or prepaid experience is an asset)
  • Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to build rapport with a variety of partners
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills; detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management and understanding of deadlines
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and basic data analysis
  • Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
  • Must possess a valid Guam Driver's License and be willing to travel to various locations for events and customer meetings as business needs arise.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
