Introduction:


We are seeking a skilled and organized Prep Cook to join our team and assist with the preparation of high-quality meals for our guests. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting with the production of menu items, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare ingredients for menu items, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and measuring out spices and other ingredients

  • Assist with the production of menu items, including following recipes and adhering to food safety standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils, sanitizing surfaces, and properly storing food items

  • Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines, including properly handling and storing food

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep cook or in a similar role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
