Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
  • Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
  • Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
  • Manage food inventory when necessary
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
