Skin & Wellness Centre is located in Falls Church, Virginia offering advanced skincare, holistic wellness, yoga, salt therapy, and acupuncture . We are a growing destination for clients across Northern Virginia and the Washington D.C. metro area — and we are looking for a licensed Massage Therapist who does too.
This is not a high-volume chain environment. Our therapists work with intention, build real client relationships, and are supported by a team of Master Estheticians, acupuncturists, and yoga instructors who share a commitment to clinical excellence and whole-body wellness.

Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful clinic. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform a variety of therapeutic massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, and hot stone
  • Conduct thorough client intake consultations and tailor every session to individual needs and wellness goals
  • Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment frequency
  • Maintain accurate and thorough SOAP notes and client records after every session
  • Collaborate with estheticians, acupuncturists, and wellness practitioners to provide a cohesive client experience
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness between every appointment
  • Support front desk with scheduling, confirmations, and client communication as needed
  • Uphold all Virginia licensing standards, health regulations, and spa protocols at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Virginia LMT license in good standing — required before first shift
  • 2–5 years of professional massage therapy experience in a spa, clinical, or wellness setting
  • Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage — additional modalities a plus
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system
  • Warm, client-centered communication style — able to build trust and rapport in a one-on-one setting
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
  • Passion for holistic wellness and genuine desire to help clients feel their best
