Your Role...
Lowry, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a Senior Premium Audit Reviewer to execute complex audit reviews, support auditor development, and maintain quality oversight for high-priority accounts and test audit programs. This role provides mentoring during onboarding, supports file quality initiatives, and identifies trends that influence performance improvement. The Senior Premium Audit Reviewer is a key resource for both peer reviewers and leadership, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines across auditing practices.

In This Role, You Will...
  • Perform audit reviews across all audit types, focusing on oldest audits in the queue; provide coverage for reviewers.
  • Conduct secondary reviews for paid review accounts; perform higher-level audit reviews requiring advanced quality assurance expertise.
  • Monitor audit queues and assist in resolving audit bottlenecks.
  • Review self-review audits submitted directly to billing to ensure they meet self-review eligibility and quality requirements and monitor audit reports to detect trends or recurring issues.
  • Track carrier return data and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on quality monitoring strategies and data analysis.
  • Pull and analyze audit files to identify performance strengths and gaps.
  • Share review results with leadership for delivery to the auditor who completed the original audit.
  • Conduct reviews of test audits for designated carriers within the test audit program.
  • Support onboarding of new reviewers by providing shadowing opportunities and ongoing mentorship via chat.
  • Fill in on live learning platforms such as Zoom or Learning Academy, as well as any other area within the team, to support team initiatives.
  • Support a positive workplace culture by promoting open, solution-oriented communication, encouraging teamwork, and maintaining a focus on shared goals and productivity.
What You Need to be Successful...
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of reviewing audits experience or a combination of reviewing and premium auditing (e.g. worker's compensation, general liability)
  • WCIRB CompEssentials certification preferred
  • Experience with Nexus or other audit management platforms
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent ability to navigate change

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $46,518 -$78,967 annually. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
