Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin's premier agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a Precision Solutions Digital & Connectivity Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience working with modern equipment technology, machine connectivity platforms, and digital data systems used in both agricultural and construction operations.
As a member of our Precision Solutions team, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to help ensure machines are properly connected, transmitting data accurately, and supporting the digital tools that help our customers operate more efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in precision agriculture, equipment technology, telematics, or data-driven equipment management to gain real-world industry experience.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with activating and setting up machine connectivity platforms and telematics systems.
  • Verify that equipment is transmitting operational data correctly to digital platforms.
  • Help troubleshoot connectivity issues and support equipment operators with display setup.
  • Monitor machine data and validate digital reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with machine onboarding and connectivity for new equipment deliveries.
  • Support documentation of connectivity status, troubleshooting activities, and digital workflows.
  • Work alongside Precision Solutions specialists and technicians to learn how equipment technology supports modern operations.

What It Takes
  • Interest in precision agriculture, equipment technology, telematics, or digital farm/jobsite data systems.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Precision Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Ag Systems Management, Agronomy, Construction Management, Ag Business, or a related field.
