Experience Required

  • High School diploma required.
  • 1 year customer service and/or retail experience
  • Golf knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational aptitude and communication skills. Professionalism and prior experience with POS systems.
  • Advanced computer skills including Word and Excel as well as excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule (Minimum of 24 hours/week and 3 days/week)
  • Experience with Golf Genius Tournament Software a plus
  • Prior Golf Operation experience preferred, particularly with JONAS POS and Chelsea Tee Times Booking System

Essential Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge and conduct opening, interim and closing procedures.
  • Conduct operations through the POS system (reservations, check-in, processing payments, etc.).
  • Provide exceptional member/guest service with enthusiasm and a smile.
  • Provide inventory management assistance to the Merchandiser.
  • Promote all club activities and services.
  • Assist the Golf Professionals with tournaments and leagues.
  • Ability to work with others and as a team.
  • Perform cleaning duties in the Golf Shop as needed.
