ROLE SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Validator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory within our warehouse operations. This position is responsible for validating incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all products are accounted for and meet quality standards.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the database with validated information.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
  • Perform regular audits of inventory to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in training new staff on validation processes and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 21 years or older
  • Operating handheld computers (e.g., inputting data, entering transactions, printing, etc.)
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to perform lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours (8-10)
