Summary  
The Team Member enhances the theater experience by providing universal coverage and assistance to Emagine guests through identifying and recommending appropriate products, solutions and services that will improve their overall movie entertainment experience. An Emagine Team Member may be responsible for understanding one or all the below positions based on experience and business needs.  
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities  
Guest Service  
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor. 
  • Educate guests about promotions, concessions, movies, and loyalty programs. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude. 
  • Enforce Emagine’s Code of Conduct to ensure guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable entertainment experience. 
Box Office 
  • Sell tickets, gift cards, and other promotions to guests and accurately process cash/credit card transactions. 
  • Promote and sell our loyalty program to every guest to enhance their Emagine experience. 
Concessions 
  • Prepare and serve a variety of concessions, including popcorn, candy, drinks, and other snacks. 
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of concession areas and restock as needed. 
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality by following proper recipes and procedures. 
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot food items such as hot dogs, fries, pizza’s, pretzel bites, and more. 
  • Utilize and maintain kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens and fryers while following proper safety measures. 
  • Deliver hot food items to guests in their assigned seating. 
Usher 
  • Assist guests in finding their seats and ensuring a smooth seating process. 
  • Auditorium monitoring to check for movie sound quality, temperature, picture quality, and cell phone use.  
  • Exit greeting guests after the movie to enhance the movie going experience. 
  • Clean and sanitize theaters, restrooms, lobby, and other public spaces to ensure a comfortable and clean experience. 
  • Restock the Coke freestyle machines and upkeep cleanliness of these areas. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
