Safety meetings and quality checks are a routine part of the workflow to maintain standards. Collaboration with supervisors, electricians, plumbers, and other trades is common, which keeps the work dynamic and varied. The role offers hands-on experience and valuable teamwork opportunities, providing a strong foundation for advancement in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the prefab position, and why are they important?
