Responsibilities
Strong generic understanding of functionality and/or willingness and ability to acquire deep SAP/KXEN knowledge
    Ability to demonstration the value of the solution (not just demonstrate the functionality), and the ability to build a strong working relationship with client and Dunn team.
    Builds and maintains models, including extracting and combining data from multiple sources using languages such as SQL, R, KXEN, SAP Predictive Analytics and SAS.
    Possess teamwork, high integrity, self-starter, can-do attitude, problem solver
    Development of new or revised statistical systems, and problem solving or investigation related to modeling.  Such as, the development of advanced recommendation engine for use and sale to external ecommerce websites.
    Facilitate and manage major internal initiatives and external client needs that use advanced mathematical and structured algorithms
    Develop prototypes in client IT environment
Desired Skills and Experience
Advanced Analytics; needs experience actually building and deploying predictive models. Additionally, the candidate needs to have a fundamental statistics knowledge to be able to answer questions about underlying algorithms and processes. Preferred skills:  Statistical emphasis on data mining techniques, Bayesian Networks Inference, CHAID, CART, Association Rule, Linear and non-linear regression, hierarchical mixed models/ multi-level modeling
    1+ years of work experience in predictive projects
    Consulting experience would be preferred
    Experience with and comfort in discussing the role of analytics in customer lifecycle analytics
    Intermediate to advanced programming skills enabling the individual to extract and manipulate data (R, Python, SAS, SQL, KXEN, and SAP Predictive Analytics).
    Knowledge of data integration processes
    Knowledge of data mining
    Some experience performing data mining or statistical analysis in Retail, Insurance or Financial Services preferred
    Fluent English is compulsory, additional languages are a plus.
    Ability to travel 30%
