The primary objective of the Preconstruction Manager - Electrical is to manage the process and resources that provide quality pre-construction services to both internal and external clients, and review the progress of existing projects to ensure their completion within the parameters of the established preconstruction scope of services. This position reports to and receives direction from the Preconstruction Director and VP of Preconstruction.ย 

Preconstruction Manager Required Qualifications:

      • 9+ years full time relevant industry experience
      • 7+ years demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
      • Demonstrated knowledge of Value Management processes
      • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpointย 
      • Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree; or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
